INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
- 1 cup vanilla light or nonfat frozen yogurt or ice cream
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1 cup ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place all ingredients into the container in the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Start the blender at its lowest speed, then slowly increase to its highest speed.
3. Blend for 30-60 seconds or until the desired consistency is reached.
