INGREDIENTS:

2 cups cubed roasted fresh pumpkin

1/2 cup low-sodium vegetable broth

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place all ingredients into the blender container in the order listed. Securely lock the lid.
2. Start the blender at the lowest speed, then quickly turn it to the highest speed. Blend for a few seconds or until the desired consistency is reached.
3. If necessary, use the tamper to ensure everything mixes evenly.
