INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 ripe kiwis (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.Place all ingredients into the container in the order listed and secure the lid.
2.Start the blender at its lowest speed, then slowly increase to its highest speed.
3.Blend for 45 seconds or until the desired consistency is reached.
