INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup raw almonds or cashews
- 3 cups water
- Sugar or sweetener, to taste (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place all ingredients into the container in the order listed and secure the lid.
2. Start the blender at its lowest speed, then slowly increase to its highest speed.
3. Blend for 1 minute or until the desired consistency is reached. Stop the machine. Serve immediately.
